SUMMARY
- Should have Green belt certified.
- Should have sound knowledge of TQM
- Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff;
- planning and evaluating department activities.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment. Develops personal growth opportunities.
- Supervises TL and supervisors. Provides them day-to-day oversight in performance of the operational activities
- Monitoring operational activities of business to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees.
- Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
- Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information.
- Defines objectives, identifies and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of action, and evaluates outcomes.
- Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Tracking, measuring, monitoring, and analyzing performance activity to ensure that all company standards and procedures are achieved.
- Provide technical support, expert advice, and coaching assistance to team members and clients
- Identify new opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction and make recommendations for improvements.
- Assists in recruiting, hiring, orientation and training of new staff members.
- Assists with management of process statistic reporting and makes staffing responsibility adjustments as necessary.
- Provides ongoing performance feedback and conducts annual performance reviews.
- Identify skill gaps and ensure training is provided to further develop staff.
- Directly manages all team leads in process as well as indirectly manages all associates in process. Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

- Graduates or Postgraduates
- Should have 8 – 10 years on work experience in US Health care Insurance Domain
- Experience of team handling and should have team reporting
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are required
- Interpersonal communication skills, listening and analytical skills
- Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (word, excel & PPT) is must
- Should have good English comprehension and analytical skills
- Should have excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
- Should be open to work 24*7 and mandatory US timings, night shift Ready to handle work pressure and ensure deliverables within timelines

QUALIFICATIONS
